Recognise and Reconnect is a free 10-week programme for parents who have experienced relationship abuse. The sessions aim to help parents develop the skills they need to move on and start a new chapter with their children.
Recognise and Reconnect is a 10-week programme, designed to support parents who are struggling with trauma after experiencing domestic abuse.
You’ll have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and develop your parenting skills to build a strong future for your children.
Our teams are experts in providing specialist support for people who have experienced abusive relationships. A trained member of the team, and a trained volunteer, will deliver sessions. They will work with you to help you discover and develop your own unique way of parenting.
