Recognise and Reconnect Programme
Support for parents who have experienced domestic abuse

Being a parent comes with lots of challenges, but when you’ve experienced domestic abuse, it’s even harder.

Recognise and Reconnect is a free 10-week programme for parents who have experienced relationship abuse. The sessions aim to help parents develop the skills they need to move on and start a new chapter with their children.
