Need someone to talk to or know someone who does?
If you are in immediate danger please call 999
Following Government and Public Health England advice for Coronavirus (COVID-19) we are currently operating the majority of our services as normal.
However, for your safety and wellbeing we have stopped all group work and drop-in sessions.
We’re still available Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm to provide our usual support and guidance by phone, email, text and WhatsApp video calls. Whenever you feel ready to reach out and talk, get in touch and we’ll find the right help for you.
For the safety and wellbeing of our customers and to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus we have made some changes to the way we deliver some of our services.
We know it can be scary to make a change on your own, and if you’re thinking of leaving the person who is hurting you, we want you to stay safe, so make sure you have a plan.
Before you leave keep money, an extra set of keys, important documents, any medicine and spare clothes in a safe place, or with someone you trust, and make sure you have a way to contact us.
If you need advice or support about domestic abuse, text 07451 288 150
The service operates 7 days a week from 10am until 10pm and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
On Mondays and Thursdays, the helpline will be staffed by our dedicated children and young people team, between 4pm and 10pm, to help support those experiencing or witnessing abuse.
