• We're still helping you to glow

For the safety and wellbeing of our customers and to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus we have stopped all group work and drop-in sessions.

However we’re still available Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm where our staff are able to provide our usual support and guidance by phone, email, text and WhatsApp video calls. Whenever you feel ready to reach out and talk, get in touch and we’ll find the right help for you.

Our advice on Coronavirus

Following Government and Public Health England advice for Coronavirus (COVID-19) we are currently operating the majority of our services as normal.

Keeping our customers and staff safe and well is our top priority and we have set up a project group to monitor the situation and current government advice to help us plan for any potential staffing issues and service disruption.

You can text us if you need support

If you need advice or support about domestic abuse, text 07451 288 150

The service operates 7 days a week from 10am until 10pm and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

On Mondays and Thursdays, the helpline will be staffed by our dedicated children and young people team to help and support those experiencing or witnessing abuse.

You are NEVER worth the abuse

We know it can be scary to make a change on your own, and if you’re thinking of leaving the person who is hurting you, we want you to stay safe, so make sure you have a plan.

Before you leave keep money, an extra set of keys, important documents, any medicine and spare clothes in a safe place, or with someone you trust, and make sure you have a way to contact us.

A life-changing decision for a better future

You deserve the right to live safely and free from fear, and, even if you have to leave things behind, you won’t have to go through this alone.

If you need support to find safe accommodation get in touch with one of our refuges. We understand the risks you’re facing, and we’ll help you. If we don’t have space in one of our refuges, we will find somebody who does. We will never leave you on your own.
