XRoads is a group programme which shows teenagers what healthy relationships look like, and helps to improve their own self-worth and confidence.
The project also teaches young people about how to keep themselves safe, consent and how to access support.
XRoads is a targeted early intervention programme for young people aged 13-18 experiencing, or at risk of victimisation, or developing perpetrating behaviour. In addition to group work, we hold a weekly drop-in and encourage their families to look at what support is needed to move forward together once our programme has finished.
Both our young male and female programmes include assessments, group sessions, welfare checks, 1:1 support and a multi-agency approach. For young people identified as needing further intervention after the programme, we’ll offer longer-term 1:1 support and ongoing safety planning.
And we will continue to work with the school and other agencies to support safeguarding.
Our XRoads programme is tailored to your pupil’s needs. For a bespoke quote, please get in touch with us.
The programme lasts for 12 weeks.
Programmes run throughout the school year.

Imagine a world where no one has to live through an abusive relationship or feel trapped in the cycle of abusive behaviour. That world is possible, but it starts at the heart of the issue, working to end abuse at the source and bringing recovery, education and prevention together to make a lasting impact
