Start your journey towards
a life free from abuse
If you’ve lived with domestic abuse and been stripped of your confidence, connections and hope, we’re here for you. Our Recovery Toolkit will empower you to make healthy relationship choices.
Available for people living in Staffordshire who have left an abusive relationship, our 12-week course will support you to recover from the effects of living with domestic abuse. The course is delivered in person and via Zoom.
The course has been written by Sue Penna, an Occupational Therapist and Psychotherapist, with more than 20 years’ experience in adult mental health field.
During the length of our programme you’ll learn the lifelong skills, tools, and techniques to effectively make healthy relationship choices and re-build your confidence and esteem.
The programme is free.
It’s a 12-week programme.
Sessions will be delivered over Zoom or in person.
Our programmes start in September, January and April.
A trained member of staff and a trained volunteer deliver the programme.
We’ll only ask for your information that we absolutely need in order to help you.
Send us an email at [email protected] and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Inspired by what we do and want to help? Or, are you simply looking for a way to meet new people and build your skills while giving back to your community?
We have a range of roles and opportunities where you can fit in.
Whatever your reason, we’d love for you to join us as a volunteer.
Imagine a world where no one has to live through an abusive relationship or feel trapped in the cycle of abusive behaviour. That world is possible, but it starts at the heart of the issue, working to end abuse at the source and bringing recovery, education and prevention together to make a lasting impact
