If you’ve lived with domestic abuse and been stripped of your confidence, connections and hope, we’re here for you. Our Recovery Toolkit will empower you to make healthy relationship choices.
Available for people living in Staffordshire who have left an abusive relationship, our 12-week course will support you to recover from the effects of living with domestic abuse. The course is delivered in person and via Zoom.
The course has been written by Sue Penna, an Occupational Therapist and Psychotherapist, with more than 20 years’ experience in adult mental health field.
During the length of our programme you’ll learn the lifelong skills, tools, and techniques to effectively make healthy relationship choices and re-build your confidence and esteem.
The programme is free.
It’s a 12-week programme.
Sessions will be delivered over Zoom or in person.
Our programmes start in September, January and April.
A trained member of staff and a trained volunteer deliver the programme.
